Refund & Return Policy

At Strativ Components, we specialize in high-precision laboratory and electronic components. We want to ensure complete confidence in your procurement process. 

1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, components must be unused, in their original factory packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (DOA)
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@strativcomponents.com.au with your order number and photos/details of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and issue an immediate replacement or full refund upon inspection.

3. Change of Mind / Incorrect Part Ordered
If you ordered the incorrect component or no longer require the item:
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging into cleanroom/anti-static environments.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-manufactured or special-order components.
- Items that have been installed, soldered, or visually altered after delivery.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or bank account for direct deposit transfers) within 3–5 business days.
